Heather Duncan, RN

Director of Nursing

I first became familiar with ACT when I started working as a Medical Assistant in a primary care office where some of the people we support visited. It it there that I developed a love for them and for the company. When I started nursing school in 2021, I became an employee first as a Personal Assistant and then a Direct Support Staff. When I graduated Nursing school and obtained my license, I was honored to accept the position of Director of Nursing. I am so excited to be able to serve in this capacity.
